I usually do not comment on companies which I no longer have holdings however I felt an inclination for this one given I held it for a couple of years and the results were so shocking. The share price was down close to 35% on the day due to slowdown in revenue and reduction in the royalties. Personally I thought this was all evident in their prior statement back in November and it was the reason I sold my entire holdings. Just shows how careful analysis of the numbers could sometimes avoid a massive surprise/loss.  Going forward I think things are not looking great for Transense as they had to borrow money against some of their assets. This is one step away from an equity raise at a steep discount. I doubt I will be re-entering this one at any point
